Kiss star Gene Simmons is being sued by a couple who alleges he attacked them.

According to the couple Nathan Marlowe and Cynthia Manzo, Simmons attacked them while shopping on December 19 after he spotted them filming him.

They then unsuccessfully appealed for a restraining order against the Kiss bass player which the court denied. Now they are suing Simmons for assault and emotional distress.

Marlowe claims Simmons choked and headbutted him when Gene saw him filming. He also claims Simmons choked Manzo and yelled 'I will kill you'. They now want $25,000 in damages.
