If you’re heading to see the very lovely power-popsters Telekinesis! on Friday night in Belfast, you could be in for a treat. Aside from the fact that they’re an excellent band (well, solo act plus touring band), it seems Death Cab For Cutie’s Ben Gibbard (pictured with his missus) will be in attendance. Gibbard’s bandmate Chris Walla produced the Telekinesis! album, while the singer’s new wife Zooey Deschanel is currently in town working on the film Your Highness, which also stars Hollywood heavyweights Natalie Portman and James Franco.
