This is a bit of an interesting one. Juliette Lewis's latest album 'Terra Incognita' is produced by the magisterial Omar Rodriguez-Lopez of The Mars Volta, and as a result, we get an album one half Lewis, and one half Rodriguez-Lopez.
It makes for a strange brew with a bluesy body and a head of experimental guitar space outs. The first track, aptly named 'Intro', hints towards this conjoining of musical spirits with some introspective, floating vocals smothered under masking effects, before sleeking into 'Noche Sin Fin', an engrossing rhythmic jolt.
