The band have covered Suicide's 'Sweetheart' as part of a celebration of its frontman Alan Vega's 70th birthday. The download and limited 10" vinyl is released on 1st October, and features Vega's 'Speedway' and No Bra's cover of 'Super Subway Comedian'.
Other acts to release Suicide covers soon are Grinderman, Mogwai, Iggy Pop, Spiritualized, Julian Cope, Vincent Gallo and Liars.
Vega said in a statement: "I'm knocked out by these new versions, they just keep on coming and coming and they're like whole new worlds to me... so completely different... and some of these new upcoming bands, man, they've really got into...
