A 24-year old New Jersey policewoman has questioned music legend Bob Dylan after she saw him walking the streets in Long Branch, New Jersey and did not recognise him.

Dylan was cruising the streets of the New Jersey suburb in the same area where Bruce Springsteen lived in his early years and where Springsteen wrote ‘Born To Run’.

Police were called after residents reported a scruffy man loitering in the area.

Officer Kristie Buble says she knew the name Bob Dylan when he said who he was but did not what Dylan looked liked and was suspicious because of his appearance.
