Newly single LeAnn Rimes was spotted getting some shopping done yesterday in Brentwood, California. The 26-year-old sported short-shorts, a gray scoop neck t-shirt, flip flops and oversized sunglasses.

She stopped in at the Brentwood and Malibu Country Marts as well as The Optical Shop of Aspen. Those who saw her said she seemed happy and that she was also not wearing her wedding band.
