Om continue to build off the legend of Sleep, to the point now where they are almost the stoner metal Mahvishnu Orchestra, a band that broadens its genre while carving out new paths for it. From the brooding and hushed title track, to the bludgeoning "Unitive Knowledge of the Godhead" the core Om remains Al Cisneros on bass and eerie chanting, and the solid ground of drummer Chris Haiku.
