While it was announced earlier this week that ETID drummer Mike Novac had left their ranks, the band have now issued a no holds barred statement about why this has occurred.

A statement issued on the band’s MySpace blog reads: “After 11 years of being involved with this band, Mike “Ratboy” Novak has indeed decided to quit Every Time I Die.
