Beastie Boys have revealed that they have sampled legendary songwriter Bob Dylan on their new album.

Beastie Boys began life as a noisy hardcore punk band, before discovering a love for hip hop. Signing to Def Jam, the trio released debut album 'Licensed To Ill' a collection of frat boy anthems that defined them as snotty young upstarts.

However there was always much more to the group than that. Hooking up with red hot production team The Dust Brothers subsequent albums such as 'Paul's Boutique' and 'Check Your Head' have become hip hop milestones.
