Watch out landlords, model Vida Guerra doesn't like to pay her rent on time, or at all for that matter. That is, according to her previous landlord.

According to TMZ, the 35-year-old model -- known mostly for her big booty -- was sued in L.A. County Superior Court by a former landlord who claims she skipped out on her one year lease.

SBL, LLC claims Guerra signed a one-year contract for a Los Angeles apartment back in November 2008, but split after just three months.
