Can you believe someone is trying to make money off an allegation as ridiculous as an unsubstantiated claim that Jimi Hendrix was murdered?

James ‘Tappy’ Wright, a former roadie for Hendrix, claims in a new book that the guitarist was murdered by his manager Michael Jeffrey for an insurance scam.

Jeffrey isn’t around to defend himself. He died in 1973. Wright claims he fessed up to the crime in 1971.

Jeffery also managed the Animals and was a former associate of Dan Arden, the father of Sharon Osbourne.
