When Halle came onstage to accept the Decade of Hotness award, she didn't just grab the trophy from presenter Jamie Foxx, she grabbed something else ... live on TV. They made out, mouth open, for nearly 8-9 seconds -- Jamie rubbed on Halle's ass, while she rubbed on his package.
