Gov't Mule (http://www.mule.net/) will release its latest studio effort, By A Thread.This disc, the band's first with new bassist Jorgen Carlsson wasrecorded in Texas earlier this year at Willie Nelson's PedernalesStudio. Opening with "Broke Down On The Brazos," the eleven tracks on By A Threadinclude such compositions as "Monday Mourning Meltdown," "InsideOutside Woman Blues #3," "Scenes From A Troubled Mind" and "World WakeUp." Next up for the Mule is Mountain Jam on May 29 and 30, after whichthe group will play a series of festival dates in June before beginninga Summer tour in July.
