Snow Patrol singer Gary Lightbody has revealed that he is working on two solo side projects. The frontman said he has been recording an abstract record entitled Listen Tank with producer Jacknife Lee and a country LP called Tired Pony.

"A lot of the stuff I've been writing recently is just so leftfield that it just wouldn't fit on a Snow Patrol record," he said. "So I've had to invent other ways of getting it out there."
