Susan Boyle says she is “gobsmacked, absolutely gobsmacked” after her appearance on Britain’s Got Talent last Friday night.

Susan is back home in Scotland and spoke about her experience on STV’s The Five Thirty Show. “Everybody’s wanting my autograph. It is really surreal,” she said.

Susan is an unemployed 47-year old who had been caring for her sick mother until her death in 2007. “Basically I wanted to fulfill a wish to my mother,” she explained. “That was to do something with my life. Not only that, I felt I had a bit more to offer”.

Her experience to date has been minimal....
