A new NYC festival has been announced. It sounds similar to CMJ, but has a much narrower area focus: Williamsburg and Greenpoint in Brooklyn. The Northside Festival, produced by L Magazine, will take place June 11-14 and will encompass all or most of the shows happening in Williamsburg and Greenpoint during that time. Like CMJ, you can buy tickets to individual shows, or you can get a badge. Also like CMJ, a badge does not guarantee entry so get there early!
