TV and radio host Ralph McDaniels, also known as �Uncle Ralph,� has always had a knack for Hip Hop entrepreneurialism. Starting in the early �80�s as an aspiring deejay, McDaniels has since become an influential character in New York through his time with Hot 97, creating the Video Music Box show, and co-founding onfumes.com.
