Los Angeles-based indie quartet Silversun Pickups has finishedrecording its second full-length, Swoon,which “sounds like a nervous breakdown" and is set for release on April14. The band will perform some of its new material at this spring’s CoachellaFestival on April 17 and two of the new songs will be released prior to therecord's street date as part of a Guitar Hero:World Tour Track Pack.Singer/guitarist Brian Aubert said of the new record, “I'mreally proud of Swoon … Everyone worked so insanely hard and I feel like youhear that we were in there every day trying to make the best songs thatwe could.”...
