After warm up gigs at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie and Coco66 in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Beirut came back to the Music Hall of Williamsburg for the first time this year. Sadly the Vassar Orkestar did not join the band as it would for the two shows that followed at Brooklyn's Academy of Music, but Zach Condon and co. were in fine form nonetheless, bounding down the side stairs and taking the stage after opening acts Tune Yards and Inlets did their thing.
