Silver Jews frontman David Berman has said that he plans to break the group up, report The Guardian. The reason, says Berman, is largely down to his estranged father, the right-wing Washington lobbyist Richard Berman. “This winter I decided that the SJs were too small of a force to ever come close to undoing a millionth of all the harm he has caused,” the singer wrote on his band’s message board.
