The Fall Out Boy rocker struggles to control his anxiety and says medication no longer helps his problem.

He admitted: "I'm paranoid pretty much all the time. I can take three Xanax and not feel a thing."

Pete - whose wife Ashlee Simpson gave birth to their first child, son Bronx Mowgli, in November �" also revealed he has stopped reading about himself online because the barrage of criticism gets him down.

He added to Blender magazine: "I was letting the blogs get to me. It's semi-frustrating when your name actually becomes a synonym for douche bag."
