Dorian Cox, former guitarist with The Long Blondes, has spoken about his recovery from a stroke in June.

The band split up in October, after Cox announced he was no longer able to play the guitar. Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, he said: "My right arm and leg aren't really usable so I can't play guitar. That was a nightmare because it meant the band couldn't carry on and my livelihood had suddenly gone. But it could have been a lot worse."
