The 'Touch My Body� singer decided to purchase the San Miguel, Venezuela, property after her relative fell behind on her rental payments.
The 67-year-old woman owed $1,500 in unpaid rent and so asked Mariah for help. When the 38-year-old singer heard of her aunt�s plight, she immediately paid off the debt and also bought her the two-bedroom house.
