According to Musica Metal, Biohazard frontman Evan Seinfeld announced from the stage that the band may record a new studio album once it has completed the current 20th-anniversary tour. The Milan show was described by as "very hot, with total interaction between the band and the crowd. Biohazard invited onstage all fans that wanted to sing along with them, and guitarist/vocalist Billy Graziadei often dove from the stage on top of the audience and played guitar standing on fans' shoulders."
