The Queens Hall is a cool place, but it seemed a strange choice for a band like The Black Keys. As a venue it tends to book somewhat gentler acts; high brow, contemporary classical orchestras and the like. On this occasion the proprietors were subjected to a rather more raucous event than they were perhaps used anticipating.Support act Liam Finn, son of Neil Finn of Crowded House Fame, walked on stage to a lake of mostly blank faces, save a couple of hardcore Finn fans/drunken idiots, who were whooping and cheering before he even began.
