News: Brazil - Kaiser Chief Peanut Recovering From Appendicitis

Kaiser Chiefs have revealed that keyboard player Peanut was hospitalised with appendicitis last week.
Peanut became ill while in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and had surgery to remove his appendix on 6th November. He was ordered to recuperate in Brazil for a few days, meaning he could not travel with the band to appear on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno, and play in Los Angeles.
The band explained in a statement on their website: "We've made it to LA, but unfortunately we're a man down. We didn't want to make a drama out of it so we kept this quiet until now....
