Mew are an alternative rock band from Denmark, lumped into the indie rock scene. The band consists of Jonas Bjerre (vocals), Bo Madsen (guitar), and Silas Utke Graae Jrgensen (drums). At concerts Mew have a big screen with backdrops specially made by Jonas Bjerre. When on Tour, Mew are supported by Dr. Nick Watts (Headswim) on keyboard, and Bastian Juel on bass (original bassist Johan Wohlert left in 2006). Mew started playing music together in 7th grade, and the band was formed in 1995. They became a huge success in Denmark when they emerged in 2003 even though their debut album, A Triumph...
