The 12th annual D-Low Memorial show - the yearly Arizona-based festival held in memory of Soulfly mainman Max Cavalera's stepson, Dana Wells (article) - which was originally slated to take place on August 7, 2008 has been rescheduled for November 29 at The Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona.
