STONE TEMPLE PILOTS/ex-VELVET REVOLVER frontman Scott Weiland recently spoke to Rolling Stone magazine about his sophomore solo album, "Happy In Galoshes", which is scheduled for release on November 25, 2008 via the artist's label Softdrive Records and distributed by New West Records/ RED/Sony.
