Matchbox Twenty drummer/guitarist Paul Doucette is readying the debut release from his side project The Break and Repair Method. The album will hit stores, this Tuesday, September 16th, but the album was actually recorded over two years ago.

�[It] kinda of got lost in the decline of the music business.� Doucette told Alternative Addiction in a recent interview. �I originally had a solo deal at Atlantic, and the guy that had got me my deal was fired. So before I even made my record, the deal was [already] off the table.�
