Joe Diffie’s “Pickup Man” off his Third Rock from the Sun album could easily be classified a classic! It still get pretty good airplay on the radio (I hear it at least once a week) even though it’s fourteen (!!) years old.

The single was released in 1994 and was his longest running number one hit on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks. The music video was shot on location at a drive-in theater in Lewisburg, Tennessee. The song was also used in an Applebee’s commercial in 2005.
