Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein claims a reunion and record has been on the cards.

Ex-Misfit Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein has claimed that The Misfits were due to reunite for a record and tour complete with original vocalist Glenn Danzig but the behaviour of Jerry Only stopped this reunion coming to fruition.

Doyle said to the Cleveland Scene: "(In) 2002, we had meetings...and (Jerry) kind of fucked it up, him and his manager. We were going to do a record, do a tour and everything. So let all the Misfits fans put that in their pipe and smoke it."
