Vocalist Amanda Somerville has issued the latest video blog (see below) from the AVANTASIA world tour, which kicked off on June 5 at the Rocksound festival in Huttwil, Switzerland and concluded last month at the Sziget festival in Budapest, Hungary.

AVANTASIA filmed its July 10 performance at the Masters of Rock festival in Vizovice, Czech Republic for a forthcoming DVD.

The new album from AVANTASIA, "The Scarecrow", was "officially one of the 20 best-selling albums in whole Europe during the fourth week of January," according to a press release.
