Due to special circumstances, Cartel's new self-titled album has been pushed back from July 24th to August 21st. They apologized and then gave us all a little taste of the new album on July 24th. They reeased an EP on iTunes which included the single Lose It, No Subject (Come With Me), and The Fortunate.
