After undergoing renovations for more than a year, the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles will open its doors Oct. 15 with a concert by Jay-Z. The rapper will be backed by a 12-piece band. The 4,000-capacity Hollywood Palladium has been shuttered since last April to undergo top-to-bottom renovations. The upgrades include an overhaul of the venue's interior and exterior, a new dance floor, expanded concessions, upgraded restrooms and improvements to the stage infrastructure.
