Today is Thug Thursday and the thug if the week is none other than Ja Rule. This thug has been arrested for assaulting 50 Cent, leading to restraining order the Fiddy got against him. He later punched a man for yelling at him because of the feud with 50. Also, he was investigated due to a fatal shooting that happened outside a nightclub party hosted by Ja Rule.
