Aussie flavour of the month Sam Sparro may be the man to resuscitate Lindsay Lohan's musical career. The 'Black and Gold' singer is set to work with the troubled starlet after he was recommended by Mark Ronson, the Grammy award-winning producer and brother of Lindsay's gal pal Samantha.
