Chris Cagle was found not guilty of a domestic assault charge this past Thursday after his girlfriend refused to testify against him. Chris and his girlfriend Jennifer Taut were both faced charges of domestic violence after a drunken fight in May, but Jennifer refused to testify on grounds of self-incrimination, so the charges were dropped. Chris's attorney says 'It's a shame these charges were ever brought. Period. Chris was not, and never was, guilty of domestic violence, abuse or assault and the judge properly found him 'not guilty.'
