Red-hot singer/songwriters Ingrid Michaelson and Sara Bareilles will anchor the lineup for the fourth annual Hotel Cafe tour, which begins March 6 at the Belly Up in San Diego, and wraps April 12 at the Henry Fonda Theater in Los Angeles. Cary Brothers, Joshua Radin, Meiko and Kate Havnevik are also on the bill.
