Newton Faulkner is one of my new favourite singer-songwriters. I always did have a thing for a mellow guitar boy. The good news is that hes heading back to Australia for some intimate theatre shows in September. He was a relative unknown when he came out here to play at the Blues and Roots festivals this March. But his stand-out performance won over the crowds, and that's where the buzz all started.
