Not only will he be standing trial in September for an assault incident that happened in December, he was jailed this week on a domestic assault charge against his girlfriend Jennifer Taut, who was also arrested. The pair apparently got into a drunken argument that turned physical, and both were required to spend 12 hours in lock up before being released on $1500 bond....
