Mary J Blige is starting a foundation to help women find jobs and gain confidence. The Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now will set its sights first in Mary's hometown of Yonkers New York before branching out. The foundation will give out scholarship money and fund programs aimed at the advancement of women. Now this is what I'm talking about.
