A judge has reinstated a wrongful death lawsuit brought forward by the family of the late Notorious B.I.G. overruling a previous decision to dismiss the case. According to the AP, an appeal by the family had the lawsuit reinstated overturning U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper's decision to dismiss the case March 21. Cooper said she dismissed the case because the family had missed a state deadline to file complaints against the city of Los Angeles and two former police officers.
