When The Slip hit on the internet, I, for one wasnt expecting much. Whether this comes from the over-burden of the massive instrumental Ghosts or the ugly regurgitated pop of Discipline, something really lowered the albums expectations just a bit. Yet, Im a straight-out fan boy (Ill admit it), and I definitely couldnt wait to hear it, whether failure or not. With this influx of material coming out of Trent Reznors brain at extreme speeds, quality naturally would seem to drop.
