'End Hits' is easily perceived as Fugazi's experimental record. The claim that Fugazi had gotten instrumentally complicated as well as expanded into realms that almost sound like improvisation is perfectly true on this record. Fugazi of course is musically a very strict, intelligent band. Lyrically, sonically, everything in Fugazi is presented with a unique sense of uniformed pride. If the members involved weren't strict in their moral boundary one would assume this is the album where Fugazi discovered the positives of drug use.
