Just a simple emailed press release with the first salvo of acts for this year's Virgin Festival Toronto lineup (thankfully not the Virgin Mobile Festival, as they've renamed the US edition to). The dates are September 6 and 7, the venue is once again the Toronto Islands and the theme, apparently, is the rock. Day one will be closed out by Foo Fighters and also feature Bloc Party, Spiritualized, Wintersleep and The Constantines.
