Jeff Buckley's song "Hallelujah", a Leonard Cohen cover released 14 years ago, has hit number one on the digital download singles chart as of Saturday. The song was performed by an American Idol contestant, Jason Castro, on the March 4th edition of the show. Less than 48 hours later, "Hallelujah" was the second most downloaded song on iTunes and had hit No. 5 by Friday.
