Tegan and Sara released their fifth album The Con in the U.K. on February 18, 2008 courtesy of Vapor Records; even though downloads have been available since mid-January (unless you count leaks). Those of you in Germany will be able to buy it in person on February 28th. This album has been in the works for a year with the help of Chris Walla (Death Cab for Cutie).
