Fatboy Slim has announced the return of his Brighton Beach Boutique party. The live dance music event was massively popular when first held in 2001, and again in 2002 but hasn't happened since over fears for safety. The event takes place on Brighton beach, and has a party atmosphere, as people pack on to the seafront and listen to loud music played by local resident, and master DJ, Fatboy Slim. The last time the event took place in 2002, Fatboy Slim and the other organisers expected 60,000 people to attend, only for 250,000 people to cram on to the beach and cause...
