San Francisco's Noise Pop Music Festival has announced new guests and happenings that include The Walkmen, The Dodos, Helio Sequence, MSTRKRFT & Stellastarr*. Elliot Smith will be making an appearance as Autumn de Wilde's images of Elliot makes a run at the festival.
